SaberCats Storytime
Aimed at pre-k to 3rd grade
The Houston Sabercats Reading Program is to help encourage reading outside of the classroom with empowering lessons and an interactive session. We want to also provide an incentive to participate. Students who read 3 books over the course of the Reading Program will earn two free tickets to a 2025 Houston Sabercats Game
What to expect with a Classroom Visit
We would come in with a Houston Sabercat representative and the possible addition of Scratch for a 30 minute fun and educational assembly. Each student will receive a copy of the Houston Sabercats Reading Program book.
SaberCats Rugby Time
Aimed at 4th-grade to middle school
Bring the thrill of rugby to your school with “Houston – It’s Rugby Time”! The Houston SaberCats are excited to offer rugby sessions to middle schools, complete with all the necessary equipment. Our professional players will visit your school and provide an engaging, hands-on experience that introduces students to the dynamic sport of rugby. These sessions are designed to teach new skills, foster teamwork, and encourage physical activity in a fun and supportive environment.
