MLR Media Protocol
Some things to be aware of:
- Credentials are issued for the express purpose of media coverage. They should not be used for autographs, personal photos, or commercial requests.
- The Houston SaberCats and the MLR reserve the right to revoke media credentials at any time. Additionally, credential requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Interviews must be scheduled through the SaberCats media manager. Media may not contact players or coaching staff directly.
- You must be a credible media source to cover Houston SaberCats matches. Credible media sources include but are not limited to news outlets, cable networks, magazines and print. If you are capturing photos and footage for a media source, you must provide the source you are covering the match for.

- From working media
- On specific assignment for a recognized news source
Freelance journalists or photographers will not be considered unless they have been specifically requested by a recognized media organization.
