Bruce Moseley, MD, is a board-certified surgeon in Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine and the Sports Medicine Fellowship Program Director in the Joseph Barnhart Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine. Dr. Moseley received a bachelor’s from the University of Texas and earned his medical degree from the Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. He completed an orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Utah and a clinical fellowship at the esteemed Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic. Dr. Moseley has served as team physician for multiple professional team sports and has treated multiple Olympic athletes. Notably, he served as team physician for the Houston Rockets during their 1995 and 1996 world championships, played an integral role in the triumph of the U.S. men’s and women’s Olympic basketball “Dream Teams” at the 1996 Olympic Games, and was part of the WNBA Houston Comets’ championship victories from 1997 to 2000.
