Focus on Speed, Strength, Conditioning, Hand-Eye Coordination and Fundamental Movement Patterns to assist aspiring male and female athletes prepare for the demands of all team sports
Coached by Head of Strength & Conditioning for Sabercats as well as Sabercats Strength & Conditioning Interns
What to bring: Field training cleats, gym shoes, water bottles and a desire to learn and train like the pro’s
